Current Training Opportunities
AIDT assists a variety of employers throughout the state by identifying qualified potential employees through recruitment, screening and training services. We recruit potential employees through advertisements and announcements, collect training applications through Alabama Career Centers and other locations, assess the applicants through application screening and assist employers with applicant interviews. Applicants who successfully complete AIDT job-specific training are recommended for employment with the company for whom our service is provided.
