AIDT, Alabama’s workforce training agency, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kevin Taylor to the position Deputy Director of AIDT. In this role, Taylor will continue to oversee prospecting and projects from Birmingham north.
With a proven track record of exceptional leadership and an in-depth understanding of AIDT’s mission, values, and objectives, Taylor is the ideal person for this position. Having joined AIDT 30 years ago he has consistently fostered a positive and inclusive work environment.
Throughout Taylor’s time at AIDT he has worked hard to hone his skills becoming an expert in workforce development and prospecting. He has held several positions and implemented numerous training programs. Taylor stated, “I’m so honored for this opportunity to serve in this new role and thrilled to continue to work with a phenomenal and passionate team.”
