The RTW curriculum is designed to prepare participants for entry level employment. The curriculum focuses on skills identified by business and industry. The RTW program is offered at no cost to participants. Upon successful program completion, participants receive the Alabama Certified Worker (ACW) certificate.
High School Enrollment
High schools interested in offering the RTW program must register through the Alabama State Department of Education.
